When we took the decision to buy we were not sure about what type of house we wanted or even what neighborhood to choose. We were first-time buyers and we were nervous and with plenty of questions, but after the initial meeting with Shakaib everything was much clear. He knows Brampton like the back of his hand and there is nothing that escapes Shakaib's attention when it comes to property for sale in this area. He made excellent use of the real estate databases to quickly find us a variety of homes for sale in the areas and budget that we decided, not wasting our time showing us houses that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. A few times we also provided him with some properties that we found by ourselves and he made sure that those houses would be also on our schedule so we would be able to manage and see as many properties as we could every day, making the necessary arrangements. We found Shakaib to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case.
