During the whole process, he was always looking after us in case we had any question or concern regarding to any step and always gave us the best advice when choosing a house (some of them I wouldn't have thought about it and I am glad that he did). Before giving an offer, He always recommended us to think about all the advantages / disadvantages (neighborhood, age of the house, number of washrooms/bedrooms, price, etc), instead of deciding in a hurry. This probably saved us from buying a house that could have given us problems at some point later. When we finally found the house that we liked and gave the offer, he worked very hard to get the best deal. He is a master in negotiations and in the end, we got the house at an unbeatable price.
